With over 25 years of experience in the world of residential construction in Park City, Zachary Beck has the knowledge and expertise to create beautiful homes and manage successful remodels. As a long-time resident of Park City, he not only has an appreciation of the landscape upon which he builds, but also holds the relationships he forms with each client in the highest regard. His personal demeanor establishes a confident, professional relationship with clients and a neighborly standard of communication.

Zach’s work in the residential building industry did not begin as a general contractor. He has always had a passion for building since he was a young boy while working on projects with his grandfather. Later as an adult, he worked for and managed other large design + build firms. He then found his niche in fine finish carpentry, but became proficient in all aspects of residential construction. His love and expertise of woodworking, along with his drive to build a quality product pushed him to branch out on his own in 2006, when he formed Iron Homes. One of his mentors once joked that “Zach builds homes like craftsmen build pianos”, but this joke became his standard. In addition to crafting beautiful homes, his goal as a general contractor is to keep his clients fully informed, up-to-date, and provide a well-organized process.

Over the years, Zach has built a reputation for his precision and attention to detail. Along the way, he has formed an incredibly talented and loyal team, built long-standing relationships with the highest quality vendors, and has had the good fortune to work alongside talented architects and designers on homes in the most luxurious neighborhoods. He is continually inspired by innovative design, the beautiful city in which he resides, and his loving family.
